Who we are

HEQS Investment Pty Ltd, trading as HEQS Agriculture ("we", "us"), is part of HEQS Group. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through heqsagriculture.com.au and in the course of our export business, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or messaging contact, country and destination port, and the product, volume, shipping and specification requirements you describe.

When you trade with us we also collect the business, shipping and payment details needed to issue quotes, invoices and export documents.

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and page use. It does not identify you to us by name.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange supply, freight and export documentation, process payments, keep business records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to do business with you: with the Australian processors who supply your order, freight forwarders, shipping lines and airlines, customs brokers, banks and payment providers, and Australian Government agencies that certify exports.

Our email, website form and record-keeping systems are run by service providers (including Microsoft 365, EmailJS and Google Analytics), some of which may store information outside Australia. When we export goods to you, information about the consignment is shared with authorities and service providers in the destination country.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing export@heqs.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
